The festival, which takes place at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, opens on July 2 comedian Kevin Hart, will headline the opening "Playing" concert. More artists will be announced in the coming weeks.

Last month, it was announced that Lamar would be directed at Wireless Festival UK, where co-owner with Avicii in July 4. It will not clear the Lamar festival held at the beginning.
Before these two festivals, Lamar will perform at the 2015 Sasquatch! Festival at the Gorge Amphitheatre in Quincy, Washington. The festival takes place during Weekend Memorial Day.
It is unclear whether Lamar release their highly anticipated album before or after the holidays. There is still no release date for the album, album cover or album title yet. Lamar, however, lost one after the Grammy new single entitled "The Blacker the Berry."
